Hope Notes is a community outreach program that brings encouragement, kindness, and connection to those who may be experiencing loneliness, illness, grief, or isolation. Volunteers create handmade cards, letters, bookmarks, and small works of art that are delivered to senior living communities, hospitals, veterans, teachers, first responders, and individuals in need of encouragement. Every note is a reminder that someone cares.
